Tallgrass Tour: History of Flight

Saturday, August 5, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

We’re off to Topeka for a day of flight and fun! 

First, visit the Museum of the Kansas National Guard, where the Soldiers and Airmen of Kansas are shown gratitude. Then enjoy lunch at a local favorite, Lonnie Q’s BBQ! The trip finishes at the Combat Air Museum where we will explore 40+ aircraft from the earliest aviation periods to present day.

Round trip travel and tour fees are provided. Participants are responsible for lunch. The tour leaves the Flint Hills Discovery Center at 9 a.m. and returns no later than 5 p.m. Ages 8+ only.
